Refund policy

At Middestad Fabrics, we take great pride in the quality of our fabrics and want you to love what you order.
Because fabric is cut to your specification, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the fabric has been cut or processed.

Returns & Exchanges

• All fabric sales are final unless the product received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

• If you believe you’ve received the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@middestad.co.za with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

• Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (at our discretion).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.

Colour Variation

Please note that colours may vary slightly between the online image and the physical fabric due to monitor settings and lighting. Such variation does not qualify as a defect.

• Swatches and samples

We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to order samples if unsure about texture or colour before purchasing larger quantities.
