Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

• Major cities: 2–4 working days

• Outlying areas: 4–7 working days

You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.
Free shipping may apply for orders over a specified value (see current promotion banners).

International Shipping:
We currently ship within South Africa only. For bulk or export orders, please contact info@middestad.co.za.

Delivery Issues:
Middestad Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. However, we’ll do our best to assist if a shipment is lost or delayed.
